In the link QZ.com talk about Jan 6th being the day it happens or will it be another day?
Elon Musk told an MIT audience that there's a 50 percent chance for the rocket to land on the floating platform and then can be reused. Why couldn't he have said more than 50 percent or less? This could be the reason... If it doesn't land right, oh well didn't he say there's as much of a chance of the rocket landing wrong as landing right. If the rocket lands right then it will be less expensive the next time because the rocket does not need to be thrown away. Lots of money can be saved by using the same rocket. Also rockets will be able to be used more often. One of these days space travel can be an every day thing. And one day we can tell the next generation that you remember when Space X was trying to land a rocket on a platform so it can be reused.
