A Fireworks Serve in Tennis is when you throw the tennis ball way up in the air and then boom, Fireworks Serve. The ball can literally or figuratively go through the strings of your opponents Tennis racket. If it hits the ground it's a dud. A Firework Serve is a sure fire way of getting looks.
