Insurance Company Recordings

Have you ever called on the phone an insurance company and asked for a representative?  The recording will say, "Ok I will get the representative, but first let me ask you..."  You think the recording machine will get you a representative, instead they're trying to get more information.  It's kinda funny that they are not doing what you want.  I know they want more information so they can handle the call better.  The only thing is that you continue to talk to a machine instead of a person.  It's like a man proposes to a woman, she says I will say yes, but first let me know if you brushed your teeth?  Then the man says yes.  The woman says ok I will marry you, but first did you ask my dad if it was ok to ask me?  Just some thoughts.
