Smileys In Texts

How many smiley faces have you ever put in one text?  For me I usually only use one and two is kinda over doing it.  I don't want to over smile.  I want to be the type that smiley's when it's the right time.  So if needed I could smile twice in a text, but for fun I just might use an old school type of smile.  :)
