Michael Jordan’s Mansion Up For Sale in Chicago

In Chicago, Michael Jordan’s Mansion is up for sale.  So I hear from Sporting News.  It’s half the price of what it was originally.  Now I wonder why.  Could it be because the mansion is going to be split  in half?  Like instead of nine bedrooms, you get four bedrooms because Michael Jordan decided he wants the other 4 and a half bedrooms.  So what really happened to the price being slashed in half?  Is it because someone else lived in the mansion like a timeshare and that brought down the price tag?  Whenever you go into a store, if it’s a demo model, most often you get a discount.  My thinking is that whenever a celebrity uses something say a mansion or a car or a toothbrush, that the item would be worth a lot more.  I do know that Michaels Chicago mansion was designed specifically for him.  Like a 23 on the gate.  But regardless, if it doesn’t sell, just turn it into a Michael Jordan museum and charge tickets for people to see it.  The tickets can go for $23 including taxes because that was Michael Jordan’s number on the Chicago Bulls.  Next time you’re on Ticketmaster if you see a Michael Jordan Museum ticket with his signature, get it right away because some day it will be worth a lot of money.
