Remember when Toys R Us went bankrupt. A big toy store gone forever. Not! According to Toynews, “Toys R' Us has opened a new 20,000 square feet flagship store inside American Dream, the entertainment/retail center in Bergen County, New Jersey.” Now Geoffrey the Giraffe the mascot is back. While Toys R Us was bankrupt, sadly Geoffrey was nowhere to be seen in America. During the lockdown he must have been home cooking meals for himself and playing with toys. Because according to ABC News there are new “branded elements like Geoffrey's Café and ice cream parlor, a two-story slide, and more.
