Ketchup Vs. Mustard

Do you like ketchup or mustard?  We all know ketchup is red and mustard is yellow.  Maybe you'd like mustard more if it was a red color instead of yellow.  Or maybe you'd like ketchup more if it was yellow.  Colors matter and some times it's not just the taste or smell.  Would you have green ketchup?  I once did at a restaurant on St. Patrick's Day.  On any other day if your ketchup was green, you'd be returning it.  So sometimes colors are appropriate on a Holiday.  If I could only choose either ketchup or mustard, I'd choose ketchup.  Thankfully I don't have to choose and I can have both.
