Once upon a time, showbiz was all about not letting on that an actor is married, or telling an actor not to get married, so that their fans could think that they still have a chance in dating the celebrity. Boy have times changed. Just a little while ago we were hearing all about Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson having such a romantic relationship. Made many of the married folks think if they had the right love in their relationship and that they should decide not to sleep in separate beds and instead sleep in one bed. Now that Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are broken up, it’s all about Ben Afflek and Jennifer Lopez marriage. When a couple are getting married, they don’t say, “Do you take this woman to be your wife, to live together in (holy) matrimony, to love her, to honor her, to comfort her, and to keep her in sickness and in health, forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live and even if you sleep in separate beds?” We aren’t even talking about here choosing which side to sleep on in a bed. Yes, it’s one less argument if a married couple slept in different beds that only wanted to sleep on the same side. But as I get off topic about beds, the one thing I recommend to Ben Afflek and Jennifer Lopez to live a long and healthy marriage is that they throw out all beds in the house, except for the one bed they will be in together.
